HAZEL RIDLEY

HAZEL RIDLEY (2009)
(CHIEF CRAZY HORSE X FRONT PORCH SWING)
28" ML Re Fra DOR 6" TET

HAZEL RIDLEY is a beautiful polychrome with wide, ruffled petals.  The substance of this flower is like leather and the polychrome color flows into a green throat.  It has 3-way branching with 16 buds.  Fertile both ways.  Spectacular and dormant, too!  This flower is slow to increase, so it is very limited.

HAZEL RIDLEY is named in honor of my grandmother, who is as beautiful as this flower.

BERRY KISSED

BERRY KISSED (2009)
(ANCIENT WISDOM X FRONT PORCH SWING)
28" M Re SEV 5.5" TET

Lavender-rose with a yellow watermark and green throat.  It has wide, ruffled petals with a beautiful gold edge.  3-way branching with 18 buds.  The foliage is very narrow and low arching.  Very fertile both ways.  It is the color of the bloom that makes this flower very unique.

$100.00 Double Fan

FLAME ON

FLAME ON (2009)
(CHIEF CRAZY HORSE X SHORES OF TIME)
26" M Re DOR 5" TET

FLAME ON is an orange-red with gold saw-tooth edges.  At times, the entire petal seems to be ruffled.  The bloom pictured is about as normal looking as it gets, but it is much showier at times with sculpting and large ruffles.  3-way branching with 18 buds.  The low arching foliage makes this plant look much taller.  This is definitely a different looking daylily that will always be noticed in the garden.

BAGELICIOUS (2009)
(FRONT PORCH SWING X SHORES OF TIME)

(FRONT PORCH SWING X LAKE EFFECT)
30" M Re Fra DOR 5.5" TET

FRANCES KING is a tall, dormant, near white with very wide petals, yellow to green throat and a ruffled gold edge. There are yellow and pink tones present, but at the end of the day, this daylily is as white as most so-called whites. This is a very hardy and beautiful flower which puts on a show all summer long.  Fertile both ways with 3-way branching and 20 buds.

This flower is named in honor of Frances King, my wife's grandmother.
